Our youth enrichment activities are thoughtfully designed to help children build a deeper connection with themselves through the practices of breathwork, movement, and meditation. By engaging in these activities, children learn how to regulate their nervous systems, gain insights into their emotions and thought patterns, and develop essential skills for self-mastery and emotional resilience.

Somatic movement and breathwork is scientifically proven to support: learning, creativity and imagination, emotional intelligence, self-regulation and self-soothing skills, self-confidence, positive peer relationships, and overall health!

Vital Breathwork is available for 1:1 Coaching or Group Sessions.

Our private instruction provides you with personalized somatic exercises and mediations to meet your unique needs. We utilize a holistic approach by exploring each client's lifestyle, mindset, and overall health to define your goals, identify your personal road blocks, and develop efficient practices to improve your overall wellbeing.

We collaborate with clients to decrease stress, balance emotions, enhance  overall health, boost athletic or professional performance, and cultivate spirituality and self-awareness.

What should I bring to my first session?

Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and water. We provide all necessary equipment.

How often should I attend sessions for the best results?

While results vary, attending 1-2 sessions per week is a good start to see noticeable benefits.

How long is a session?

Sessions can run between 30-90 minutes depending on the client's skill level. 

Can breathwork and somatic movement help with stress and anxiety?

Yes, both practices are excellent for managing anxiety through nervous system regulation and increased body awareness.

Are there any side effects?

There are no adverse side effects! Still, clients may experience the following: 

During sessions, clients may expect to feel a tingling sensation in their extremities; however, this is normal and should subside as soon as the session ends. 

Also, clients may experience an emotional release that can express itself through tears, laughter, or slight body trembling. This should not be feared, but welcomed, as suppressed emotions wreak havoc on our mental and physical health. By releasing emotions, clients will feel less tension, elevated emotions, and a great sense of calm.

Following sessions, clients may feel thirsty. We suggest drinking 8-12oz of water as soon as the session ends.
