Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Sydney!

I'm a nervous system regulation coach specializing in breathwork meditation and somatic exercise to reduce stress levels, balance emotions, and support overall health. 

I struggled for years with somatic symptoms and chronic health conditions that left me feeling low, weak, and helpless. I went to countless doctors and specialists to find solutions. Every blood test told me I was as healthy as a horse, but I felt anything besides healthy. Each doctor patted me on the back and told me to focus on reducing my daily stress.

It wasn't until I learned about the impact of stress hormones on our nervous system that I began to make the connection between our mental, emotional, and physical health.  

If I can leave my clients with any piece of wisdom, it is that stress is not just in your head. Stress is in your body. It is a physiological response to your inner and outter world. Learning about the impact of stress hormones on your nervous system and overall health is key to living your most VITAL life.
